Job Summary:

Tikehau Investment Management - Annonces is seeking a highly skilled Investment Associate to join its Private Equity department, focusing on the Regenerative Agriculture strategy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth sector, strategic, and financial analysis of targeted companies to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate company business plans and perform scenario analysis.
  • Investment Committee Support: Assist in the preparation of investment memos and participate in the investment committee process to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Negotiation and Due Diligence: Collaborate with the team to negotiate deals and participate in due diligence and structuring phases of operations.
  • Transaction Execution: Contribute to the execution phases of transactions, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Deal Sourcing: Analyze incoming deal flow and submit it to the investment committee for review.
  • Ad Hoc Committees: Participate in ad hoc investment committees as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least four years of experience in investment funds, investment banking, strategy consulting, or corporate M&A, with a focus on small or midcap transactions and due diligence operations.
  • Analysis and Execution: Proven experience in analysis and execution of all types of deals, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and complex financial analysis.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with key stakeholders internally and externally, across various seniority levels.
  • Regenerative Agriculture: Exposure or experience in the Regenerative Agriculture sector is highly desirable.
