Our client close to Heathrow is looking for an Express/Time Critical Co-ordinator to work 4on 4off 7am to 7pm Purpose:Co-ordination of Express departmentResponsibility for invoicing & profitabilityCommunicating with customers/ suppliers Core Capabilities:1.Excellent communication and organisational skills.2.A mature and professional manner.3.Confidence with a computer including excel, CRM database and BoxTop.4. Enjoy working with customers and building relationships. Must be able to work well within a target driven environment Key Tasks/Responsibilities1. Day to Day responsibility for customer service delivery to Express Clients2. Order processing from start to finish including but not limited to Boxtop creation, warehouse pick, tie up of paperwork, customer system KPI management3. Follow up and resolve all any operational issues / customer service concerns raised by the customer4. Manage and maintain customer KPI expectations with regional depots5. To promote business development, ensuring all opportunities from existing business are followed up through telephone sales, prospect follow up and quotations.6. Research client operational history past and present, visit their website to gain knowledge of products and any developments7. Contribute to ongoing operational development and cost saving measures8. Keep up to date with Market trends, Company products, services and news.9. Establish, Manage and Maintain Internal and External Relationships.10. Import and export jobs start to finish including clearance.
