We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Co-Ordinator to manage the day to day office requirements for the Head Office of Creams Franchising Ltd, located in Barking, Greater London. The Office Co-Ordinator's role is to increase the efficiency of the office and manage the general office administration duties to ensure that the business is continually developing and maintaining business relationships with the support team, the Franchise Partners and internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.

This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday - Friday working 9am - 5.30pm

**Skills/Knowledge Required for the Office Co-Ordinator**:

- **Accurate note taking **and typing ability (essential)
- An exceptional relationship builder
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in all elements of MS Office (MS Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Good social media skills and understanding
- Professional, Friendly and Confident Telephone Manner with an excellent command of the English language
- A natural collaborator who enjoys working in a team
- Experience of Office Co-Ordinator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Flexible, ‘can do’ attitude
