Flynn is a first-generation construction company with operations across Ireland, UK and Northern Europe. We specialize in critical environments such as data centres, life sciences, aviation, high value manufacturing and critical logistics.

We are currently seeking a talented BIM Co-Ordinator to work in our high-performance operations department. This role will be working with commercial teams, contracts managers, clients, design teams and project directors. This role will be based in London.

**REPORTING TO: BIM Manager**

**Purpose of Role**

Work closely with the BIM Manager to ensure that workflows and project deliverables meet the required standards and are to the clients’ satisfaction. The successful BIM Co-Ordinator will be responsible for the full coordination on projects.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Implement BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Federating digital information received by Task Teams and prepare clash detection, data verification and model health check reports ensuring that the project modelling requirements are being met and communicate the issues identified to Design / Construction Lead and individual Task Teams.
- Ensure implementation of the project deliverables.
- Coordination of all elements of the projects.
- Chair Co-Ordination Meetings of all Contractors on the Project.
- Collaborate internally and externally with other disciplines.
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, and associated services from subcontractors including progress reporting.
- Support a team of BIM technicians.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and design teams to agree objectives.
- Work closely with the BIM team to manage continuous development in relation to BIM knowledge across the organisation.
- A Degree in Building Information Modelling (Level 7/8) or a related Engineering / Building Services Undergraduate Degree (Level 7/8) preferable. MEP background would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks
- Must have experience coordinating Architectural and MEP systems
- Must have 4+ years’ experience within an engineering consultancy or contractor. Working on Data Centre projects would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650,
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Understanding of BIM procedures, protocols and data management software tools.
- Excellent knowledge of construction and the sequencing of works onsite.
