Description
The key responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor role are:
- To answer all inbound and outbound calls on daily basis.
- Dealing with customer's queries via emails, calls and other type of written correspondence.
- Taking payments over the phone from customers and inputting via online payment software.
- Setting up Direct Debits Mandates and payment plans on customer's accounts.
- High level of communication and customer service is always given.
- Responding to customer queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
- Following up on customer calls to ensure that that customers are satisfied.
- Ensuring that they accurately comprehend client's requests and issues by confirming and clarifying information.
- Escalating customer issues with management when the need arises.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and notes in a company's Qube system.
- Adhering to a company's policies and procedures when interacting with customers.
- Supporting resolution of Debtor queries via emails and on the call with customers.
- Supporting other ad hoc duties in the B&C team and the wider Management Services Finance team.
Profile
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Advisor role is someone with the following:
- Previous experience being on the phone
- Ideally someone who has worked in enterprise / retail.
- Sales experience would be great
- Confident and will get on with the job
- Organised and the ability to prioritise
