We are working with a global leader in the life sciences sector, looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join their team in Horsham. If you have a passion for compliance, data accuracy, and working within a fast-paced environment, this role could be perfect for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the customs and compliance team with data management and submission, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Competent use of company systems and extensive use of Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain key performance indicators.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and contribute to improving process efficiencies.
- General administrative tasks including filing, office housekeeping, and order processing.
- Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience in data entry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to self-motivate and effectively plan and organise tasks.
