Meraki Talent’s Investment Management client is actively looking for a HR Regulations Manager (Material Risk Taker) to assist with a project underway within the organisation. Our client is happy for this individual to be remotely based, or engage on a hybrid basis, providing they are a self starter and can evidence delivery.


Responsibilities of the HR Regulations Manager (Material Risk Taker):


- Certification and MRT Identification, providing advice and ensuring reg requirements are met

- Manage governance for MRT approval working with the Remuneration and Governance teams

- Manage Knowledge and Competence and CPD requirements for all Certified colleagues

- Develop and maintain Certification, MRT and governance/policy frameworks

- Manage engagement with function leads on population maintenance, including regular training

- Monitor regulatory developments
