Our client is an established global contextual adtech company specializing in maximizing the effectiveness of campaigns across YouTube and CTV (Connected TV). With a focus on delivering targeted, high-impact advertising solutions, they are at the forefront of innovation in the digital advertising space.


Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven SVP to lead their expansion efforts in the region. This is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships with leading agencies across EMEA. The ideal candidate will possess extensive digital agency sales experience, a robust network of contacts within Agency Land, and a deep understanding of the video advertising ecosystem, particularly YouTube. You will have your own number, so as well as managing a team you will have your own target.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the EMEA sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within leading digital agencies, particularly Omnicom, to drive adoption of our client's advertising solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing EMEA sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for revenue generation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our client's brand and offerings.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven track record of success in digital agency sales, with a focus on video advertising solutions.
  • Extensive network of contacts within leading digital agencies, with a strong emphasis on Publicis, Omnicom, Group M and Independents
  • Previous experience building and managing high-performing sales teams, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Deep understanding of the video advertising ecosystem, including platforms such as YouTube, CTV, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
