Procurement AdministratorLocation: CheshireSalary: £28,000-£30,000 + benefitsReports to: Procurement ManagerOverviewWe’re working with a leading retail tech brand that’s looking for a proactive and detail-driven Procurement Administrator to join their growing team in Cheshire.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships across the business. You’ll play a key role in supporting the procurement function — from onboarding new suppliers and managing communications to maintaining accurate records and keeping processes running efficiently.If you’re organised, people-focused, and love variety in your day, this could be a perfect next step.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the onboarding of new suppliers — collecting documentation, carrying out due diligence checks, and ensuring compliance with company policies.Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to gather information and keep approvals on track.Manage the procurement inbox, prioritising and responding to queries promptly.Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and procurement activity.Act as the main point of contact for supplier enquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication.Provide general administrative support to the procurement team and assist with process improvements.Experience & SkillsPrevious experience in a procurement or administrative role is beneficial.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisation and time-management abilities, with great attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with procurement systems is a bonus.Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.BenefitsEnhanced Annual LeaveEmployee Discounts & Cashback OffersEnhanced Maternity & Paternity PackagesEmployee Assistance ProgrammeEye Test VouchersEnhanced Sick PayRelaxed Dress CodeCharity Matched FundingFriends & Family Recruitment Reward📩 Interested or know someone who might be?
