About The RoleWaldon Telecom is an essential infrastructure services provider to the mobile telecommunication sector in the UK. We work on behalf of large mobile network operators to acquire, design, and construct mobile telecommunication base stations across the country.

Due to our continued success, we are looking for a **Procurement Administrator** **to be part of our Procurement team in the UK.

This role fits within Waldon Telecom's Commercial Department and will work collaboratively with the Operations, the PMO Office, Finance and SHEQ.

**What will you be doing?**

As the **Procurement Administrator** you will support the Procurement team engagement with internal and external stakeholders and keep accurate, up to date logs of communications and status of contracts and Agreements.

**This is a 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility of going perm. There is also an opportunity to progress into a Junior Buyer.**

**will your key responsibilities be?**
- Working with the individual project teams to understand and assist with tracking all Supplier and subcontractor requirements.
- Assisting Procurement department in keeping trackers up to date and management information is maintained.
- Keeping regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to seek approval for issuing of contracts in line with Schedule of Delegation.
- Other Administrative and support tasks that shall be required from time to time in support of the Procurement team and the business objective.
- Compiling and issuing weekly management information.
- Issuing and track work instructions to external suppliers and contractors, using the Waldon Telecom framework contracts and based on the latest key performance indicators.
- Maintaining the accuracy of our internal systems data.
