Our client is a global business Travel Management Company (TMC) and they are looking for a talented Meetings & Events (M&E) Account Manager.


You will have experience managing the M&E business of corporate clients, whether you have worked for a TMC or an Event Management Company. This position is not operational but is proactively account managing the customer to maximise their M&E business and achieve exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You will also support new sales initiatives and identify growth opportunities within the business travel and events division.


Candidate profile:

  • Experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Sales within the Business Travel or Events industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Events industry
  • A strong sales mindset with the ability to identify new revenue opportunities within your portfolio
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment
  • Confidence and ease in interacting with clients and internal stakeholders, especially at the C-suite level
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude
  • High degree of understanding of what service excellence looks like and how to achieve it
