This outbound business development role has a competitive basic salary and lots of commission earning potential once you have built a pipeline of sale.Job duties: * Working in a small team within a large organisation, not in a call centre * Outbound B2B telesales to generate appointments for the field team * Making around 100 outbound calls per day * Developing relationships with business contacts * Approximately 2-4 hours call time a day focusing on quality conversations with key contacts * Converting inbound sales leads * Liaising with the field sales team * Checking through contact data * Conducting follow up emails and associated adminSkills and experience required: * Previous outbound B2B sales experience * Experience of high volume outbound callingCompany Benefits: * Uncapped commission * The chance to buy additional annual leave * Single cover private healthcare * Exclusive shopping discounts * Contributory pension schemeThis is a full time permanent opportunity and will be fully office based in Brighton working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
