What you’ll be doing: Speaking with candidates that have applied to a job advert, understanding what they are looking for and supporting them via our many training options and employment opportunities:

  • Warm calling potential candidates/learners to build and maintain relationships with applicants and support them into employment.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our training programs and guide applicants through the booking process.
  • Conducting follow up calls to candidates that have applied for job roles giving course and interview information.
  • Keeping in touch with candidates during their training period and encouraging them to complete their employment course then supporting them into work via our employer network.
Skills Required
  • Previous experience in telesales would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Confident to approach customers on an outbound basis
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience working in Target driven environment with ability to succeed.
  • Punctual & Presentable
  • Excellent time-keeping and organisational skills
  • Be able to show initiative and willingness to learn new sales techniques.
  • Adaptable to change within the business needs.
What you’ll get from us:
  • £24k to £30k basic salary (based on experience) plus commission (OTE circa £45k)
  • Uncapped commission structure
