Role Overview: As the National Account Manager - On Trade RTM, you will support the strategy to expand brand presence in the On Trade RTM channel. You will drive distribution, visibility, and activation programs, bringing their brands to life in national and regional wholesalers and their depots.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage key accounts across the UK, delivering brand building plans and activation programs.
  • Achieve targets for distribution, visibility, and activation within RTM IFT customers.
  • Create and implement profitable agreements to secure brand activation and drive volume growth.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party sales teams to maximize brand opportunities.
  • Identify new brand/outlet opportunities, influencing regional and national sales teams.
  • Plan and manage your schedule to achieve objectives, including evening work and overnight stays.
  • Build and maintain account plans in line with brand objectives.
  • Lead future brand projects as directed.
  • Support the development of our prestige strategy across appropriate accounts.
  • Execute RTM business plans in conjunction with the Channel Head and Brands team.
  • Maximize RTM business through targeted promotions and activations within budget.



Knowledge & Experience:



  • Degree level education or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated commercial knowledge.
  • In depth experience of the on-trade and RTMs across national and regional customers.
  • Proficient in using computers, writing reports, and preparing presentations.
