What You’ll Do:
- Drive Growth: Manage and develop existing accounts through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For:
- B2B Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the chemical sector with a manufacturer or distributor.
- Technical Expertise: A degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field is preferred, but experience can speak louder than qualifications.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in account management, business development, and the full sales cycle.
- Surfactant Knowledge: Familiarity with surfactants is highly desirable.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Driven and Tenacious: A proactive self-starter with a passion for sales, strong commercial acumen, and excellent time management.
- Market Savvy: An interest in the global chemical market is a plus.
- Mobility: UK driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
