Join a team with over 15 years of industry expertise, providing tailor-made parking solutions. We're thrilled to offer an opening for an enthusiastic and self-driven sales support administrator to join our vibrant Manchester Office.

Main responsibilities include maintaining, soliciting, and expanding our customer base. As a key player in our Sales Department, your role will involve regular contact with both new and existing clients. Utilise your strong administrative skills to ensure the seamless operation of the sales process, maintaining sales documentation and keeping your manager informed about recent inquiries and leads.

**The Role**:
Collaborate with management to oversee and coordinate the entire sales process.

Engage in outbound sales calls to current and potential clients, creating business opportunities for our products and services.

Skilfully handle all stages of sales engagement, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information.

Keep customer information updated on internal systems, maintaining data integrity.

Support the sales manager in generating and qualifying leads.

Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support the sales team.

Assist with administrative tasks to ensure adherence to industry guidelines.

**Experience/Knowledge**:
Customer service experience.

A driving license would be advantageous.

Experience in the parking industry is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner.

Strong written communication skills.

Self-motivated, bringing high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

Ability to work independently.

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5 pm
