Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company Qualify and contact potential customers Balance activity adequately between volume and quality to retain commercial value in sales pipeline Set appointments and follow up on leads Track progress towards meeting sales goals Collaborate with the sales, marketing and product teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, product and industry developments Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management The Ideal Candidate: 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer service Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Proficiency in social selling and use of social networking tools Time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A desire to learn and grow in the sales field Able to access a London or Brighton office on a quarterly basis. The Benefits A base salary up to £40k with a £10k OTE. 25 days holiday plus BH Remote working Company pension contributions with salary sacrifice option available Regular company events Cycle to work and other schemes
