We are seeking a proactive and adaptable EU/UK Payments Manager to join the Treasury team on an initial 6 month contract. You'll play a pivotal role in managing payment flows, and optimizing operational processes.

As the EU/UK Payments Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to oversee end-to-end payment processes. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, implementing changes, and ensuring seamless integration of new initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in managing day-to-day payment processes within the Payments Team, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our systems, cash flows, and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate globally within the Payments team, offering support and understanding of roles and processes.
  • Act as a crucial liaison between the Payments Team and other departments.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in Payments (Acquiring/Issuing) within an international context.
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior management and various partners.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with a focus on building cohesive cross-functional relationships and empowering team members.
  • Strong aptitude for process development and change management.
