Responsibilities of a Payments Administrator will include:
- Payment input and repair for the EMEA region
- Create manual payments from paper based customer instructions for EMEA regional office customers in Montran GPS
- Create Sterling and Currency payments in SAA (Swift Alliance) from existing template instructions for customers within the EMEA region
- Update daily operator statistics for the section
- Update the SAA database for all Paris payments
- Check customer signatures against the customer mandates in Document Management System (DMS) for paper payment instructions received from London branch customers
- Check DMS to ensure paper mandates received into the section from other areas within the bank are loaded into DMSPrepare monthly stats for Management
- Complete month end tasksFiling
The Successful Payments Administrator will Have:
- A good understanding of testing and change management processes
- An excellent understanding of SWIFT payment message structure predominantly MT103/202/202COV Excellent knowledge of SEPA and PSD Flexible team player able to work until finish Affinity towards and able to respect controls
- The ability to maintain a professional liaison with colleagues and peers both locally and across EMEA region and be able to demonstrate resilience to high volumes and awareness of impacts of payment cut-off times/deadlines
