As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join their team and drive operational efficiency across their sales, marketing, and customer success teams.


Role Overview:

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for optimising processes and ensuring alignment across all revenue-generating teams. The ideal candidate will collaborate with key departments to ensure efficient workflows, consistent data management, and data-driven decision-making, helping drive sustainable growth.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success: Ensure alignment across all teams to optimise go- to-market execution
  • GTM Strategy Implementation: Analyse performance data and implement improvements to drive revenue growth
  • Marketing: Manage the HubSpot Agency and oversee the website, lead generation, and lead capture
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and automate processes to enhance team productivity
  • Data Management: Maintain the integrity of sales and marketing data, ensuring proper tool integration and accurate reporting
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Responsible for pipeline reporting and forecasting, generating these reports through HubSpot to provide leadership with regular performance updates.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Operated in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or a similar role within B2B Technology
  • Marketing Operations: Proven experience in marketing operations, including campaign execution, and marketing automation tools
  • Process Optimisation: Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving revenue growth
  • CRM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and business intelligence tools
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
