At this stage of your career you may have worked as a consultant, or excelled within an agency, or in-house. You have experience supporting the delivery of high quality strategic workplace culture consultancy and leadership development initiatives, and have the appetite to step into facilitating and leading these types of engagements.

We do this through:

  • Supporting the development of culture strategy
  • Designing and guiding delivery of Employee Experience (EX) processes and initiatives for clients 
  • Redesigning businesses to be more equitable through effective diversity and inclusion practices
  • Developing leaders' ability to understand the needed cultural shifts and design pathways to delivering those shifts
  • Guiding Leadership and People teams to align processes and practices to their purpose and values eg. values based recruitment and driving culture based initiatives
  • Guiding People teams to tell the story of their culture through their employer brand
  • Learning together with other Within Partners to deliver work you’re proud of and passionate about
  • Helping build a community of leaders committed to changing the world of work within the UK market


Key tasks include:

  • Understand the art and science of our products that underpin our Within WayⓇ methodology
  • Leading projects to deliver our Within WayⓇ methodology
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key members of the C-suite, senior leadership teams and emerging leaders across the business
  • Design and develop People and Culture initiatives that embed and deliver EX outcomes 
  • Design and deliver client interventions including workshops, retreats, executive sessions, etc. (in person and virtual) 
  • Lead group and individual coaching initiatives
  • Contribute to our self-managed partnership through non-client oriented roles and responsibilities

  • Experience coaching executives to shift mindset and drive performance
  • Facilitation of varying group sizes to reach an outcome
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Guide and engage stakeholders on a journey, reaching milestones along the way
  • Strategic thinking required to shape change-journey initiatives and mitigate resistance to change
  • Analytical skills and the ability to evaluate opportunities in organisational culture, track cultural change and uncover related insight
  • Communication and storytelling skills
  • Creativity and adaptability to flex as organisational needs evolve
  • Understanding of DEI and how it drives inclusion and belonging in the workplace
  • Develop insights from consolidation of qualitative research of a clients’ culture
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • Drive and ability to nurture a community of business leaders within the UK market


Our offer includes:

  • One year minimum contract, subject to renewal
  • A fixed monthly fee retainer with agreed project outcomes
