Your new companyWorking for a well known educational establishment in the centre of Bradford.Your new roleYou will be providing administrative support to a continuously growing team and will be an integral part of making sure their administrative processes run smoothly.Key duties include:

  • Diary management or senior staff
  • Minute/note-taking in meetings
  • Reception duties as and when required
  • Liaising with students and handling queries
  • Providing Administrative support for upcoming events
  • Updating spreadsheets

What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for the position, you must possess the following experience:

  • Experience of managing the diaries of senior members of staff
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • You will have strong organisation skills and attention to detail
