Our client a well-respected and reputable professional membership body based in the Midlands is currently looking for an Interim Volunteer Coordinator


The role The Interim Volunteer Coordinator


The purpose of the role is to oversee the volunteer experience.


In your role as Interim Volunteer Coordinator, amongst other things, you are responsible for:


Managing volunteer membership committees

Ensuring volunteers are informed of strategy and objectives

Overseeing the recruitment and retention of volunteers

Ensuring volunteer activities remain linked membership objectives

Building relationships

Organising regional meetings

Gathering information and disseminating to relevant parties

Reporting

Governance checks

Celebrating volunteer achievements

Liaising with marketing to ensure news of volunteer achievements is shared with the relevant parties
