Responsibilities: - Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals - Cultivate relationships with donors and maintain regular communication to ensure continued support - Research and identify potential funding sources, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donors - Plan and execute fundraising events, including coordinating logistics, securing sponsorships, and managing volunteers - Utilize fundraising software, such as Raiser's Edge, to track donor information and manage campaigns - Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns - Provide excellent customer service to donors, ensuring timely acknowledgement of contributions Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Proven experience in fundraising or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals - Strong public relations and relationship management skills - Proficiency in fundraising software and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
