Office Administrator - Credit Control

(6 months fixed term contract - maternity cover)

The Company

Our client manages over 25,000 properties throughout the UK. Their innovative, hands-on approach to property management has proven to be extremely effective in establishing long-term relationships with both property developers and residents.

Job Description

  • To assist the Credit Manager in all collection of service charge and ground rent arrears
  • Monitoring and chasing debtors
  • To assist the Credit Manager with litigation cases
  • Preparation of documentation and on-going legal cases
  • To assist and monitor the supplying of sales packs and document supply
  • To deal with Co-Sec and Sales Pack enquiries
  • To deal with Leaseholder queries and establish payment plans where necessary
  • To liaise with Property Managers and Account Managers with credit control queries

The Person

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver
  • High level of accuracy
