We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of Digital Transformation, specifically hybrid and transactional mail solutions. This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and is passionate about delivering innovative communication solutions to businesses.
In this role, you will identify and engage prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that streamline their customer communications through digital or print channels. Using your prior experience in the sector, you will articulate the value of hybrid and transactional mail solutions.
This is a UK based role, you must have a full UK driving license and will be expected to attend the office once a month.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and secure new clients across sectors such as finance, utilities, healthcare, and government.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their communication needs.
- Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate hybrid and transactional mail solutions, emphasizing cost savings, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer communication.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to position our offerings competitively.
- Proposal Creation: Prepare detailed proposals and deliver compelling presentations to key decision-makers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales in hybrid mail, transactional mail, or related communication services.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for transactional mail solutions.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to grasp and explain technical solutions related to digital and print communication platforms.
- Self-Motivation: A self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
