Responsibilities for the role of Business Administrator
- Assist directors with daily business operations and customer communication, ensuring updates and constant contact
- Support marketing efforts and manage appointments, including diary entries and client confirmations
- Handle vehicle fleet administration, assist with accounts, and update the training matrix to ensure certifications are current
- Provide personnel support, manage third-party interactions, and take calls when the helpdesk is busy
- Organise company social events and handle additional tasks as needed
Personal Specification for the Role of Business Administrator
- Must have prior experience in a similar role
- Must be able to work onsite full-time, hybrid option not available
- Strong, confident demeanour with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office and email systems, with the ability to support work functions
- Skilled in task prioritisation and meeting deadlines
- Subject to DBS and pre-employment checks
