**RoyaleLife is now hiring - Administrative Park Supervisor based in Herne Bay**, **with a basic salary of £25,000 per annum**

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Manage all aspects of the operation and maintenance of the Park in accordance with company standards
- Direct the maintenance team in ensuring flowerbeds, grassed areas, roads, pavements and other communal areas are immaculately maintained
- Complete weekly Park Supervisor reports
- Manage and direct new home deliveries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and contractors
- Delegate and supervise other Park staff and contractors when necessary
- Respond to resident enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure development rules are adhered to at all times
- Work closely with the sales team

**A bit about you**:

- You will hold a full UK driver’s license.
- Strong admin experience
- High attention to detail
- Organisation skills
- Confident and polite manner
