We are seeking a Customer Account Manager (hybrid) to join our growing team
Position Overview
Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. Engage with organizations to get a better understanding of their mission, goals, challenges, and needs. Foster long-term relationships with clients and help grow our business.
*This role requires to work in the office once a week, once a month for meetings and once a quarter for quarterly meetings. Travel is also a requirement to the assigned territory.
Position Summary
- Develop strong relationships in your assigned territory
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
- Own and drive revenue in your assigned territory by closing renewal business with price lift, and upsell products and services to existing clients
- Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of our services and technology platform and be able to articulate the advantages over competitors clearly
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals set by management
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Ability to work well in a team and cross-collaborate with other departments

- 1-3 years' work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role in the technology industry
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
