Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Leicester. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day account management, supporting the Managing Director in achieving budgeted sales, and providing operations support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Account Management: Assist in defining and achieving budgeted sales, support and monitor sales targets based on KPIs, and take accountability for daily business decisions.
  2. Decision-Making: Support decision-making in daily business, define requirements for sales staff, and plan department workload.
  3. Budget Planning: Plan and monitor budgets, represent the customer within the company, and take corrective action as necessary.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Investigate customer satisfaction and initiate actions to improve.
  5. Product Innovation: Contribute to product innovation and optimization.
  6. Reporting: Provide monthly reporting and additional operations support as directed.

As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage your own time, and take ownership of your work.
