Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Leicester. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day account management, supporting the Managing Director in achieving budgeted sales, and providing operations support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Account Management: Assist in defining and achieving budgeted sales, supporting and monitoring sales targets based on KPIs, and representing the customer within the company.
  2. Decision-Making: Support decision-making in daily business in the area of accountability, defining requirements for sales staff, and resource planning.
  3. Budget Planning: Plan and monitor budgets, taking corrective action as necessary to respond to sensitive inquiries and complaints.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Investigate customer satisfaction and initiate actions to improve it.
  5. Product Innovation: Contribute to product innovation and optimization, and provide monthly reporting.

As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, take accountability, and manage your own time.
