Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Professional, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for driving new business and expanding our footprint within large enterprises. Your deep understanding of GRC challenges and solutions, coupled with your ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives, will be key to your success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target large enterprises in highly regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, and energy.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers to understand their GRC needs and present tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay ahead of industry trends and deliver value to clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a senior sales role, specifically selling GRC SaaS solutions to large enterprises.
  • Proven track record of success in highly regulated industries, including banking, healthcare, or energy.
  • Strong network of contacts within the GRC space and the ability to build relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Based in UK, with the flexibility to travel as required.
