About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Zetter Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for proactively seeking new business opportunities and qualifying inbound sales inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales process from product introductions, demonstrations, preparing quotes and tenders, to negotiating and onboarding clients.
- Research and engage with key decision-makers, attend industry events and conferences.
- Identify cross/upsell opportunities within existing clients, handle renewals, and manage bespoke software development projects.
- Develop strategic partnerships to attract new clients and markets, guiding clients through the sales process.
Requirements:
- Strong lead generation experience.
- Sales/Business Development background with a proven track record in a closing sales role.
- Sold SaaS or another subscription-based product.
- Excellent communication skills with expertise in pitching/presenting.
What We Offer:
- Basic salary circa £45,000 OTE £80,000.
