We are looking for a Sales Director to drive growth and expand market presence in the UK for an industry-leading GRC SaaS provider. About the Role:

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives focused on GRC software solutions. You’ll work closely with C-level executives, compliance leaders, and risk management professionals across various industries, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes and mitigate risks with cutting-edge technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate new markets, expand existing relationships, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • New Business Development: Drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value opportunities with enterprise clients.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including compliance officers, risk managers, and IT executives, understanding their unique challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions that address client needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities and timely follow-ups.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to position solutions effectively and drive client conversations.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in the GRC, risk management, or compliance software space.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong experience in selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients, ideally in highly regulated sectors such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire sales teams, drive strategic initiatives, and achieve challenging sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of GRC frameworks, regulatory environments, and risk management practices, enabling you to engage credibly with senior decision-makers.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Location: UK-based with flexibility for remote work; occasional travel within the UK and EMEA region as needed.
