Are you an engaging individual who is known for their exceptional organisational skills, with a love for delivering first class support? We have just the role for you as a Business Services Co-ordinator.

You'll be working Monday to Friday, with no weekend or Bank holiday working required.

What it's like to work here

You'll be part of a virtual regional team covering the whole South East of England based at our Regional Office based at Scotney Castle. We operate a hybrid working policy allowing you flexibility to work in a way that suits you, whilst also making sure you're getting to know your place of work. You'll be based out of Scotney Castle with other Business Services colleagues, but will work with a team across the whole Region.

What you'll be doing

The National Trust is a busy organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you’ll have to love variety. The regional team have a variety of roles including supporting our properties in procurement; working with internal specialists on a variety of tasks; archiving and excellent records management; diary management and systems support. You’ll always champion best practice when it comes to business services, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’s a better way of doing something.

We'd love to hear from you if you’re:  

  • experienced in giving business support, along with responsibility for facilities or office supervision 
  • good at communicating, both in writing and speaking  
  • able to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative 
  • flexible and focused on people 
  • happy to multi-task and manage your own priorities and workload
