Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Park Royal
Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Small Works Co-ordinator to join our Facilities Management team at Central Middlesex University Hospital in Park Royal. **This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, from 08.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday**
**The role**:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Responsible for all pricing and executing all small works at the Hospital.
- Effectively manage and develop the service across the estate, using standards set by the Company.
- Maintain a close liaison with the Client ensuring the requirements of delivering small works are met
- To identify and develop opportunities across the contract to enhance business and revenue growth
- To exercise financial and commercial control in the management of expenditure and income within agreed budgets. To maximise profitability of Hard FM operations, reviewing regularly the strategy being adopted to ensure that costs are minimised.
- To effectively manage business dealings with suppliers and sub-contractors to develop and maintain a relationship that promotes service excellence and best value.
- Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
**The person**:
- Experience of co-ordinating projects ideally within building services/FM
- Must have experience in a building services related discipline at a professional level
- Able to demonstrate commitment to Health and Safety
- Well organised with strong administrative skills
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Dynamic and flexible with a can-do approach
