Property Co-ordinator

Would you like to join our amazing team as our Property Co-ordinator? We're looking for you if you're highly organised, self-motivated and want an interesting and varied role based in our offices in central Tunbridge Wells.
We offer a competitive salary, profit share scheme (after successful completion of probation), mileage allowance for car business use and 21 days holiday per annum, rising to 23 days after 5 years.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.50am - 5.30pm (alternate Saturdays, 9.00am - 4.30pm with weekday in lieu).
Main duties will include:
Call handling
Organising of general property repairs and maintenance
Co-ordinating works with trades, tenants and landlords
Planning, scheduling and attending periodic inspection visits
Arranging safety certificates to retain compliance standards
Invoicing
Inventory report assessment and handling deposit claims
You should:
- Be self-confident
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hold a full driver’s licence and car owner
- Have good Maths and English exam grades
- Have good IT skills
Previous relevant experience will be an advantage
