Job Title: Sales Director

Location: North West, UK

Reports To: Managing Director


Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead a sales team in the North West region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the housebuilding industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales performance to achieve company targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience in the housebuilding industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the North West housing market and regional dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
