Want to join an exciting and dynamic Events and Marketing team and play a key part in supporting the delivery and hosting of a variety of events.

Reporting to the Field Development and Events Manager, as part of a fun and hard working team, you’ll support the developing, implementing and managing of on-line and face to face events.

No day will be the same and will see you supporting events throughout the UK that include meetings, road shows, conferences, incentive trips and virtual events.

You will be logistical, organised and creative, along with exceptional communication skills and highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Assisting in event planning and successful execution of all UK events
  • Liaise with other teams locally and globally to ensure successfully event delivery
  • Owning Event Registration for all UK events

o Creating New Registration Sites

o Resolving payment or registration queries and Registration Reporting for all UK events

o Daily registration updates

o Dietary Requirements

o On site Registration Lists

  • Content creation - work with the team to develop and implement engaging and creative content for the events. This includes event concepts & themes, product displays ideation and setup
  • Supporting with event marketing and contributing to the development and implementation of

o marketing materials - emails, flyers, event assets etc

o creative branding strategies to ensure consistent brand image and improve brand awareness

o Entertainment / Venue ideas / Gifts /

What you need:
  • Event experience is essential
  • An understanding of technical AV equipment would be beneficial
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with proven experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of proficiency in all popular software packages (word,excel,powerpoint)
  • Health and safety knowledge would be a plus
  • Work a flexible schedule and overtime hours when requested to do so - off site meetings necessitating travel and overnight stays are a requirement of this position
