We are looking to expand our Marketing team and are looking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator to join our head office in Northampton representing Volvo and Kia at both Northampton and Bedford dealerships. This role will require somebody to collaborate with our Marketing team.

You will work on strategic digital activities and drive traffic, qualified leads and sales into the business by creating content for digital marketing platforms including social media, PPC, company website and also use traditional marketing methods to plan promotional materials and events throughout the year.

**Duties**:

- Each quarter update websites with latest offers, vehicle price increase, imagery as per the quarter’s changes (3-4 days the first week of the new quarter)
- After Marketing Manager has worked on marketing plans for both Volvo and Kia, use this as a guide / focus for the month / quarter
- Make sure that our social media pages are keep up to date and posted regularly, this could be with Used Car of the week, national days / trends.
- Brief in edm’s to go out to our customer database
- Arrangement of the events - banners, adverts, vehicles, stand manager packages, make sure the site is suitable for the customers to arrive.
- Arrange decals for the vehicles with Sales Managers
- Maintain Google Adwords campaigns - ensure all keywords are monitored and change keywords when PPC (pay per click) are not working effectively.
- Data cleanse - make sure our customer database is up to date
- On-hold music / messages are up-to-date and any older models are removed and new models / offers are added.
- Responding to all customer reviews across all the platforms: Google, Facebook, Trust Pilot.
- Check Volvo and Kia portal for new offers / staff notices
- Market research our competitors
- Check templates staff are using and any offers they are promoting
- Internal quarterly Staff Newsletter - including model changes / launches / staff long service awards / reviews

**Other**
- Ordering of promotional items such as keyrings, locking wheel nut bags
- Making sure showrooms are displaying the current POS
- Run weekly reports for our CEM / NPS reports and send out to staff - learn what our customers are saying about us and what we can do to improve.
- Run weekly sales reports to track sales by Sales Team members by brand and location
