Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client, to assist in the recruitment for a Contact Centre Assistant to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis My client, specialise in providing contact services to supervise the contact between children and parents they don't live with.

As a Contact Centre Assistant, you will:

  • Record arrival and departure times of each family and be aware of how many adults and children are in the building at any one time
  • Deal with any queries and/or concerns from parents/children during contact sessions
  • Support the Contact Centre Manager in administration duties for the development or day-to-day running of the service
  • Write observation reports on sessions
  • Monitor the contact between parents and children to make sure that the guidelines for parents are followed
