**Hours of work**:Monday - Friday inc. 5.00 p.m. - 1.00 a.m. and Saturdays & Sundays 7.00 a.m. - 11.00 p.m.

**Job Purpose**:
Contact center executives respond to calls from various clients. They are responsible for triaging issues reported using scripting software, documenting the required information accurately and upon completion of scripted questions transfer required information to our Bespoke Adiuvo Live System.

- Start your journey handling various client calls, using scripting software to triage and resolve issues.
- Capture and document crucial information, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in every interaction.
- Use your common sense to adapt to unique situations, sometimes moving off-script to effectively address caller needs.
- Work within a framework that prioritises empathy and efficiency, ensuring every caller feels valued and heard.

While these positions are **primarily remote**, we occasionally host company events, training sessions and staff gatherings. **You may be asked to attend these with adequate notice**, as we strongly value in-person interactions to promote team unity and collaboration.

**Training will take place from June 7th for 3 weeks and full attendance is compulsory.**

**Wk 1** - Monday June 17th - Friday June 21st inclusive (9.00 a.m. 5.00 p.m.) (40 hours)

**WK 2**:

- Monday June 24th - Friday June 28th inclusive (9.00 a.m. 5.00 p.m.) (40 hours)

**WK 3**:

- Monday July 1st - Wednesday July 3rd inclusive (5.00 p.m. - 11.00 p.m.) and Saturday July 6th & Sunday July 7th (9.00 a.m - 5.00 p.m.) (34 hours)

Pay: £12.00 per hour
