You will primarily responsible for conducting research, analysis and evaluation of business processes, systems, user, and client needs. The Business Analyst will implement continuous improvement programmes together with business leadership to seamlessly deliver solutions to key business challenges.


Key Duties & Accountabilities:

  • Implement effective change management programmes aligned with the Agile DSDM Framework
  • Gather, validate, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyse and interpret data using various tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, issues, and opportunities
  • Evaluate current and proposed business processes, systems, and solutions to determine their feasibility, effectiveness and alignment with business goals and user needs
  • Develop business cases, vendor assessments, cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment and impact analysis to support decision making
  • Promote and advocate the delivery of Agile DSDM project delivery
  • Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to different audiences using appropriate methods and formats
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to elicit feedback, validate findings and propose solutions
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of solutions and measure their outcomes and benefits
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users and system owners
  • Support Business Unit leaders in the delivery of solutions.
  • Work with Business Unit leaders to actively engage clients in Elemental technology projects.


Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • HND/Undergraduate Degree in Computing for Business, Business Management, or other relevant qualification.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile organisation.
  • Attention to detail and quality orientation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.


Experience:

  • Preferred: Power BI, data modelling.
  • Experience in any of: Agile, Scrum, PMP, Kanban.
