Business Analyst Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Service Development team in Scotland. As a Business Analyst, you will support the work of the Service Development Manager and contribute to the improvement of our business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Data Analysis and Research
Conduct detailed data analysis and research into areas requiring improvement, best practice, and present data to make recommendations for business change.
Project ManagementUndertake project tasks, produce and maintain documentation, and monitor projects throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder EngagementLiaise with internal and external stakeholders and support the review of key business issues while considering how best to improve business performance and provide advice and guidance on potential issues, opportunities, and outcomes.
Process ImprovementSupport the testing and implementation of project management processes and review and update relevant policies and procedures and system/intranet information.
Business ImprovementExperience in supporting business improvement projects within time, quality, and budget constraints.
Business AnalysisProven experience in undertaking business analysis and identifying business improvements.
DocumentationProven experience of producing quality business documentation and updating of systems.
Technical SkillsKnowledge, understanding, and skills in Microsoft products.
