The freelance Resource Manager will need to be onsite in London 2 days per week and will contribute to the end-to-end running of the creative process by seeking relevant information and organising the scheduling of appropriate resource solutions, to support creative work briefed by commissioning teams from across the organisation.


The Freelance Resource Manager manages the creative resourcing of large and complex creative projects, as well as supporting with shorter-term and reactive projects.


The Freelance Resource Manager will develop sound knowledge and understanding of the internal Studio’s skills and ways of working and resource their time effectively to meet creative brief objectives and business needs, helping to drive best in class creative output for a wide variety of audiences, channels and strategies.


The Freelance Resource Manager will work closely with the Ops, Design, Production, Copy and Content teams, to plan creative work and resource, assist with facilitating conversations around timings and deliverables, and ensure there is a joined-up approach across every project so that objectives and priorities are met, and that all parties are satisfied with the result.



The Freelance Resource Manager will need:

  • Experience of working in a creative team operational, resourcing and/or studio environment, either in house or in agency.
  • Understanding of different functions and skills in a creative team and how these should best match up to creative brief requirements to ensure best-in-class output, including knowledge of print, digital and video production processes.
  • Relevant experience of project or resource management including the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects of varying pace and strategic importance
  • Ability to assess work and provide recommendations to inform decisions on prioritisation and resource allocation and communicate outcomes to key stakeholders appropriately.
  • Ideally have some knowledge and experience of using a booking system or work management tool, such as Monday.com (or similar), to schedule and manage resources or projects.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with brand guidelines and style guides and checking work for compliance and quality control.
