About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Project Coordinator to join our team at J2. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of projects through our creative agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Coordinate resources, maximize utilization, and ensure clear communication between studio teams and account managers.
  2. Project Oversight: Monitor project schedules, progress, and timelines to keep projects on track.
  3. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including designers, copywriters, and other creatives, to ensure optimal productivity and timely project completion.
  4. Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  5. Communication: Provide regular status and utilization updates to management, highlighting any risks or bottlenecks in the workflow.
  6. Freelance Management: Manage freelance needs, building strong relationships with recruiters to aid in securing the best talent when required.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in traffic management, project management, or a similar role within a creative agency or related field.
  2. Proficiency in Synergist workflow tool is a bonus.
