Overview:

We seek a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to manage the rollout of our platform and infrastructure with new and existing partners.

This role involves advising on and implementing technical best practices and working closely with the Account Manager to manage marketing and commercial venue partners, ensuring seamless and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Support key stakeholders at major gym partners.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with technical partners.
  • Oversee hardware installation and maintenance in gyms.
  • Enhance digital channels and platforms.
  • Provide technical expertise to expand Zoom's market presence.
  • Assist in managing projects and installations.
  • Update management regularly.
  • Help with logistics for campaigns and research.
  • Stay updated on industry and equipment advancements.

Experience Needed:

  • 3+ years of operations experience
  • AV systems knowledge is a plus
  • Experience or knowledge of the fitness or media industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and a good relationship builder
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Decision-making ability under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
