- Bookkeeping
- Recording, Reconciling and filing invoices
- Accurate data entry
- Processing staff expenses
- Communicating with external vendors and suppliers
- Compiling company reports
- Reconciling Supplier Statements
- Admin duties such as posting and sending catalogues out to customers
- Covering other members of staff roles while ill or on holiday
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong IT skills (Excel) and experience with data input, administration and accounts payable are also desirable.
- Experience with SAP Business One desirable
- AAT Level 1 desirable
- Numerical skills
- Have a UK passport & Indefinite leave to remain in the UK
What you'll get in return
