Role Description


This is a contract hybrid role for a Customer Care Lead for an initial term of 6 months with a very high likelihood of turning into Full Time Employment at the end of term.


The role will be based anywhere in the UK with flexibility for remote work.


The Customer Care Lead will be responsible for engaging new customers, onboarding them to the marketplace and ensuring high-quality customer service and overall customer experience.


Qualifications


  • Prior Experience in the care sector or social services is deemed mandatory.
  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
  • Analytical Skills and Communication skills
  • Ability to empathize and provide personalised and compassionate service
  • Relevant trainings in the field of adult social care are a plus.
