Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered General Nurse to lead our care team in providing exceptional support to a young lady with complex care and medical needs. As a team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of caregivers in providing 2:1 support to our client, ensuring her physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with our client's case manager and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our client's family and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide training and guidance to caregivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse with managerial/lead experience.
  • Experience supporting children with complex medical care needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
